20:40 UTCWe are currently seeing significant progressive recovery of Prismic services (writing room & API). We are closely monitoring until the full resolution of the issue.
20:05 UTCPrismic continues to experience an outage due to complications (increased error rates and latencies) with AWS Services in the US-EAST-1 Region ; AWS is actively working towards a resolution.
While some of our customers may be able to continue operating their websites through CDN, we understand that this is not possible for everyone — 8% of global API CDN traffic is currently affected by this incident. Writing Room is not currently operational.
Please be assured, we are fully committed to resolving this issue and restoring full service as swiftly as possible. We remain in close communication with AWS and will provide regular updates on our status page.
